Covid-19 Updates

Hello Family and Friends of our practice! We hope you all find yourselves healthy and well. Our office is currently OPEN as we are following all guidelines and protocols relating to COVID-19. We are here to support you through these trying times and are making every effort to ensure comfort and safety in our practice.

In recognition of ongoing news reports and the continued spread of the COVID-19 virus, we realize our patients have questions.

As dedicated health care professionals, we want you to know that we remain as diligent as ever in protecting the health and safety of our patients and staff. Our practice strictly adheres to and exceeds the standards for infection control by wearing personal protective gear, using hospital-grade disinfectants, practicing the latest sterilization protocols, utilizing single-use disposable materials, and more. Every effort we have in place is to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. We want you to know that we are monitoring this situation very closely, and we will keep you updated regularly.

Symptoms of coronavirus are reported as flu-like, with varying degrees of severity. While we do not know everything about this virus to date, individuals who are elderly and/or immunocompromised appear to be the most at risk of a severe infection. To ensure your health and safety, and the health and safety of everyone at our practice, please reschedule your appointment if you or a member of your household has a cough, fever, and/or flu-like symptoms. In addition, please reschedule your appointment if you have traveled to any areas within the past 14 days that are at high risk for contracting the coronavirus.

We thank you in advance and extend our gratitude for your understanding and cooperation. Together, we can help keep everyone as safe and healthy as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our office, and one of our staff members will be more than happy to assist you.

Dear Patients:

We hope this message finds you and yours healthy during these challenging times.

We are carefully orchestrating our reopening. We have implemented the following safety measures as mandated by the state and in accordance with best health practices from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

NEW SAFETY MEASURES

We are conducting paperless pre-visit screenings for all patients with upcoming appointments. It will be attached to your automated appointment reminder, and we will ask you again at your appointment.

We will meet you outside where your temperature will be taken prior to being brought into the building. If you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath or other COVID-19 symptom your appointment will be rescheduled.

We ask that all patients use the hand sanitizer provided at the front door upon entering. It will also be available in other areas of the office.

We ask that you wear a mask/face covering into the office

Our waiting room is closed to help ensure patients maintain a safe social distance. Please arrive 10-minutes early to allow for curbside check-in. On your arrival, please make yourself comfortable in chairs provided outside.

You may see that our office no longer offers magazines, children's toys and so forth, since those items are difficult to clean and disinfect

Our staff are up-to-speed on COVID-19 symptoms and utilize recommended Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Only patients, or patients plus one critical caregiver, are allowed into an appointment

We have implemented digital tools for check-in as well as contactless payment methods to reduce germ spread via clipboards, pens, and money

We’ve added time between appointments to allow for sanitizing and to keep patients apart from one another to avoid high volume or density.

We will be calling YOU to reschedule for appointments missed during Shelter in Place

As always, our main concern is the safety and well-being of our patients and staff. If you have any questions or concerns, contact us at any time. To request an appointment, please click below.

We look forward to seeing you soon!
